Arinto is a Portuguese white grape best known from Bucelas, where it makes some of the country's most age-worthy dry whites thanks to its naturally high acidity. That same zippy, lemony backbone also makes it a favorite blending grape in Vinho Verde and beyond, keeping wines feeling fresh and precise.
