Auxerrois

White wine Belgium

Auxerrois is a soft, low-acid white grape closely related to Pinot Blanc, grown mainly in Alsace, Luxembourg, and Belgium's small cool-climate wine regions, where it's often the most widely planted variety despite rarely appearing on a label by name. It makes round, gently floral wines that are softer and less overtly aromatic than most Alsace whites, and it's frequently blended into a cuvée rather than bottled on its own.

Also known as Auxerrois Blanc.
