Inzolia

Inzolia (called Ansonica in Tuscany) is a Sicilian white grape known for a soft, nutty character and relatively gentle acidity compared to other island whites. It's traditionally one of the base grapes for Marsala and also makes easy-drinking still white wine, often blended with Catarratto or Grillo.
