SoaveGarganega is the main grape behind Soave, Italy's well-known Veneto white, typically producing light, dry wine with lemon and almond notes when yields are kept in check. The same grape's naturally high acidity also makes it ideal for Recioto di Soave, a lusciously sweet wine made from dried grapes. Yields matter a lot here — overcropped vines give thin, neutral wine, while careful farming brings out real character.
